Paint company ends June with charitable activities

The A-Plus All Weather Paint capped off the month of June with a series of charitable activities around Cebu City.
The company conducted a medical and dental mission on June 10 held at the Asilo dela Milagrosa orphanage along Gorordo Avenue in Cebu City. The activity benefited around a hundred less-fortunate individuals who are residing near the church.
The doctors from Southwestern University-Phinma (SWU-Phinma) School of Medicine and Dentistry volunteered their services for free.
Also on the same day, the A-Plus All Weather Paint held its second annual awarding of scholars at the same venue through its “Paint A Bright World Scholarship” program.
The company has been helping the poor but deserving students from the Visayas and Mindanao earn a college degree.
Aside from the scholarship program, and medical and dental missions, the company also conducted the repainting of schools, and churches in Cebu including the Asilo dela Milagrosa chapel.
The company also gave financial assistance to the different orphanages and charitable organizations as its way of giving back to the community.
