A 20-year-old drug peddler was arrested in a buy-bust operation at Sitio Riverside in Barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City on Monday afternoon, July 9.
Police Chief Insp. Randy Caballes, the commander of the Mambaling Police, identified the suspect as Rael Cabigon, the elder brother of 18-year-old Riza Mae Cabigon, who was also arrested in a buy-bust operation last June in Barangay Duljo-Fatima.
Police authorities recovered almost P354,000 worth of suspected shabu from Cabigon’s possession.
Cabigon is now detained at Mambaling police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
