Mandaue Council commends Team enforcer for helpfulness
His helpfulness has caught the attention of Mandaue City officials.
Councilors passed during the session on Wednesday afternoon a resolution commending Team enforcer Joseph Angtud for his “efforts in assisting passers-by who are met with difficult situations.”
The commendatory resolution was authored by Councilors Cynthia Cinco-Remedio and Raul Cabahug V.
Angtud was photographed for helping fix the motorcycle of a passing motorist early this month.
In a separate incident, he also assisted a woman who fainted while at the vicinity of the Mandaue City plaza.
