16th PHILBEX CEBU OFFICIALLY OPENS. The biggest and highly anticipated construction and design show in the South, PHILBEX Cebu, officially opened yesterday and is on-going until September 16 from 10am to 8pm at the SM City Cebu Trade Hall.
