GAD forum orients officers with proper budget, audit guidelines

Focal persons of gender and development (GAD) offices and budget officers from regional offices and state universities and colleges (SUCs) convened for the Regional GAD budget forum starting on Monday (November 12) until Tuesday (November 13).

The event aims to orient officials on the guidelines in preparing the budget plan for GAD projects and to clarify issues encountered by their offices in auditing funds.

Among the attendees were Dr. Rhodora Bucoy, chairperson of the Philippine Commission on Women, National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) Asec. Mercedita Sombilla, and NEDA Regional Director Efren Carreon.
