Cebu City, Philippines—Police Colonel Manuel Abrugena, Cebu Police Provincial Office (CPPO) director, said his force and that of the Cebu City Police Office (CCPO) remain to be in good ties.

Abrugena said this during a press conference on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, belying allegations that both police forces are in odds after the controversial death of Police Corporal Feliciano Yballe, Jr. of the Cebu City Mobile Force Company.
