Fire hits a residential area in barangay Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City.
Cebu City Fire Department received the fire alarm at 1:43 p.m., Monday and was raised to general alarm.
According to Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council there were 249 individuals affected when 38 houses were gutted by fire in an interior neighborhood of sitio Toong.
