A trip to the beach can never go wrong, especially that Cebu is blessed with beautiful beaches that are just two to three hours away from the city.

Relaxation at its finest

Just by looking at the vast ocean, sand, and trees, there’s nothing more you can need to relax and zone out from reality.

Good avenue to be active

The beach has this magnetic power that wants us to get up and get moving, just like how one wants to join on beach sports events or just stay in the water, swimming and floating. When you’re in the beach, you just can’t help but be active.

Detach from the world

The beach is a beautiful spot to just let go and meditate. It allows us to reconnect with ourselves and connect with our intentions. No cell signal in some beaches is even a good thing, so you won’t be bothered by those calls, texts, messages, and e-mails from work.

Meet new people

There’s no explanation behind this but it seems that the positive energy the beach brings just gives us that friendly feeling that you tend to just smile at random strangers passing by. We even greet them and start a conversation probably because we all are in a good mood in the beach. Yes we are!

It is healthy for you

Overall, being in the beach gives us the benefit of having good health, mentally and physically. The sun is good for our skin and the aura of the beach is good for our mental health, allowing us to relax and take it slow.
