Balanced Living: Here and Now

By: - July 27, 2022

Resort living trailblazer, Tytans Properties and Development Inc., is set to turn over condominium units by first quarter 2023, despite the distractions caused by the super typhoon Odette in December 2021.

Keeping its commitment intact, the project’s team recently topped off the fifth tower of the sprawling resort village led by Gerard Tan – CEO of Tytans Development.

The project is master-planned to be the icon of resort living in a forest-like environment.

The typhoon Odette, damaged some of the exteriors of both existing and under-construction buildings, causing the team to work double-time in order to keep its commitment to unit owners.

Tytans Properties’ Tambuli Seaside Living will complete the construction of the two remaining towers to be built in phase 1, which provides a total of 1,350 luxurious residential condominiums and condotels by 2023. This will allow more unit owners to start living a more balanced lifestyle in a resort home where work, home-school, and meaningful family bonding blossom.

Tan, together Tytan’s president Congressman Sonny “SL” Lagon, pledged for the speedy completion of the entire development despite challenges such as the typhoon, lingering pandemic, geopolitical unrest and inflation.

Tambuli Seaside Living, located at Buyong Road, Maribago, on Mactan Island, boasts of its 200-meter natural beachfront. The entire property is also surrounded with over a thousand trees (some are centuries-old) and rare plants.

The project is master-planned to be the icon of resort living in a forest-like environment.

Within the development is Tambuli Seaside Resort and Spa, a world-class resort amenity offering luxurious resort facilities and services for residents and guests.

For the company, no amount of outside intervention can distract its mission to promote balanced living. At Tambuli Seaside Living, one can work, play and make meaningful memories — here and now.
