P.4M drugs seized in consolacion, Pinamungajan
Almost P400,000 worth of drugs were seized in separate police operations last Wednesday.
Members of the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) conducted a buy-bust against Dante Pilapil in barangay Lamac, Consolacion town Wednesday night.
A poseur-buyer went to Pilapil’s apartment and bought P2,000 worth of shabu which was allegedly handed over by Giovani Auman.
Sensing that he was being set up in a police operation, Auman jump on a window.
Auman and his companion Radney Cañete were collared and a large pack, one medium pack and seven small plastic packs believed to contain shabu were seized. Police estimated its street value at P342,000.
Earlier that day, Pinamungajan town police conducted a buy-bust against Bombie Taping in his house in barangay Poblacion.
Taping allegedly sold P50,000 worth of shabu to a police decoy, but was able to flee. Police however managed to arrest Taping’s companion Mario Lito Taneo.
