Cebu’s tallest residential tower – Horizons 101 topped off its Tower 1 last January 13.
The ceremonial topping off was marked by the placement of final beam of the first tower.
Tower 1 which consists of 900 units is already 90% sold and is expected to be turned over to the unit owners by September this year.
Horizons 101 features two residential condominium towers with high-speed elevators, keycard access, 100% power back-up, sky gardens, fitness gym, lap pool, and kid’s play area.
Commercial spaces will also be available soon at the first few floors of each tower to serve the needs of the residents.
Horizons 101 is the first condominium project of Taft Properties. According to its project development head, this project is a product of a series of careful studies on what the Cebuano market wants.
It is perfectly located at the bustling General Maxilom area, with schools, malls, restaurants, and offices in walking distance.
Tower 1 consists of 55 floors while Tower 2 stands with 44 floors. Both towers have superior design and are set to change the skyline of Cebu.
