Two minor-detainees, who are facing robbery charges and are detained at the Malabuyoc Police Station, escaped from their cell last Friday.
The boys aged 17 and 15 destroyed the detention cell’s lock and escaped when the policemen on duty fell asleep after their foot patrol beat.
The policemen on duty will be investigated to determine if administrative charges will be filed against them. The two escaped minor detainees remain at large.
