This year’s Cebu Business Month (CBM) will highlight a three-days-and-two-nights tourism adventure activity that aims to push further the promotion of countryside tourism in Cebu.
Dubbed as Tourism Amazing Adventure Challenge (TAAC), the activity will push the successful Suroy-Suroy Sugbo to a new level, said CBM 2015 tourism committee chairperson Cenelyn Manguilimotan during last Monday’s press briefing, and the signing of the memorandum of agreement between the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the 21 participating municipalities and cities in the southwest part of Cebu.
The activity is patterned after The Amazing Race Challenge but with a twist as they will be using technology to complete the challenges.
The event is set to happen on June 16 to 18 covering 21 municipalities and cities including Cebu City, Talisay City, Minglanilla, City of Naga, San Fernando, Carcar City, Sibonga, Argao, Dalaguete, Alcoy, Boljoon, Oslob, Santander, Samboan, Alegria, Badian, Moalboal, Toledo and Balamban.
