IT’S ALL systems go for today’s first TransCebu Ultramarathon that will start at the City of Naga, south Cebu and will finish at the Hilltop resort in Barangay Busay, Cebu City.
The grueling ultramarathon will have 105-kilometer and 55k distances.
Out of 134 long distance runners who will join, 34 will be running the 55k distance while the rest will go the full 105k distance.
The list of participants include runners from Singapore, Malaysia, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Taiwan, Spain, Japan and Germany.
Finishers will receive finisher’s shirts, medals and commemorative bracelets. The top three will receive trophies and plaques.
