Five motorcycle-riding assailants gunned down an 18-year-old man in barangay Duljo-Fatima, Cebu City.
Rey Carmelo Abas was walking home when he was waylaid past 4 a.m. yesterday.
SPO4 Alex Dacua said the killing could be drug-related since the incident happened in a place considered as a drug-infested area.
Police said the assailants, who were on board three motorcycles, tailed the victim before repeatedly shooting him at the corner of C. Padilla and R. Padilla streets.
