Winston, One Cebu lineup file candidacies
ONE Cebu gubernatorial bet Winston Garcia has filed his certificate of candidacy this morning.
One Cebu’s gubernatorial bet Winston Garcia and running mate Nerissa Soon-Ruiz filed their certificates of candidacy (COC) at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) provincial office at 9: 30 a.m. today.
Their candidates for Provincial board and Congress also filed their COCs.
Among them were re-electionist Rep. Gwen Garcia of Cebu’s 3rd district and lawyer Pablo John Garcia, who will run for the newly formed 7th district in Congress.
The party came straight to the Capitol after a Mass at the St. Therese Church in Lahug, Cebu City.
