A 63-YEAR-OLD man was found dead in a quarry site in Danao City, northern Cebu,  last Thursday night.

Camilo Diamante was found by a group of workers of Frasec Ventures, a  mining firm.

Police said it was possible that the man accidentally fell off the cliff.

Diamante’s brother, however,  said the victim was mentally unstable, according to police.

The police said they will investigate the incident further.

In Consolacion town, the body of a 33-year-old welder was found floating in the waters off barangay Tayud.

Police identified the fatality as Amrafil Lucabon, a native of Asturias town, northwest Cebu.  The victim’s partner told   police that the man  went out  fishing  but did not come home.
