The three-month-old infant of a vendor who was kidnapped last week at the Cebu South Bus Terminal was rescued by police.
The baby was traced at Liloan town by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.
They arrested a woman who admitted taking the baby to raise money for her own sick infant. The mother was reunited with the baby, her youngest of five children, at the police headquarters.
