THE University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) recently signed an agreement (MOA) with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI) to adopt the foundation’s Young Minds Academy program.

The program will be incorporated into the college’s Civil Welfare Training Service (CWTS) subject starting next school year.

Young Minds Academy (YMA) is a youth leadership and citizenship program of the Eduardo Aboitiz Development Studies Center that nurtures future leaders and influencers who are ready to effect change and make a difference.

The agreement was signed by USJ-R president Fr. Cristopher Maspara, RAFI president Roberto Aboitiz and USJ-R’s security and safety department head Primitivo Lano.

Only first year students taking the NSTP-CWTS subject are allowed to take the YMA, which will be offered during the first semester.
