SILOY IS WATCHING: A young pedestrian had to walk on the very side of the temporary sidewalk on her way to the old Mactan-Mandaue Bridge to avoid hitting from the moving vehicles using the bridge. ATTENTION: BRIDGE MANAGEMENT BOARD MAY BE ITS TIME TO MAKE A SIDE WALK ON THE AREA TO AVOID ACCIDENT.
