Contempo Property inaugurates Tower One, turn over of units to start before Christmas

Contempo Property Holdings, Inc. (CPHI) formally inaugurates Tower One of its flagship real estate development, Bamboo Bay Community earlier today.

According to Beverly Dayanan, chief executive officer (CEO) and president of the company, turnover of the units is expected to begin before Christmas.

Tower One has 230 units for turnover. Final detailing and the last phase of preparation of the units is currently on-going.

The tower is the first of three to rise. Towers Two and Three, offering over 230 units each, are also pre-selling.

The completed development will have over 700 units in total.

Dayanan also said that the company is on-track on its timeline for the target completion of the entire development by 2018.
