Trader nabbed for firing gun

A 40-YEAR-OLD businesswoman was arrested for indiscriminate firing in  Boljoon town, south Cebu.

Josephine Andaya, who operates a carnival in  barangay Poblacion,  fired a a .45 caliber pistol with five bullets.

People in the carnival panicked after hearing the gunshot,

Police said the woman failed to show documents proving the gun was licensed,

Andaya said she discovered that some of her money was missing last Wednesday night.

She confronted one of her workers about the loss then fired a warning shot, said PO2 Ronel Paulin.
