A TAXI rammed a trailer truck in the North Reclamation Area, Cebu City last Wednesday night.
Fortunately, the three female passengers and the driver only sustained minor bruises.
Fernando Sanoria, driver of the Mcards Taxi (GXV-568), said he was running on low speed but the truck suddenly swerved to the left, causing the accident.
But the passengers said the taxi was speeding when it rammed the truck.
“We immediately got out of the taxi since we noticed that that the taxi was using LPG,” one of the passengers said.
The passengers were brought to a hospital after the accident. Police said the passengers decided not to file charges after the operator agreed to shoulder their hospital expenses.
