Fusion food has been a phenomenon all over the world, Cebuanos and tourists will surely enjoy this Asian Mexican Fusion cuisine by Señor Kimchi, courtesy of owner, Kimberley Dacay. Offering a mixture of flavors not only from Korea and Mexico, but also from Japan, China and of course, the Philippines, this is Asia Mexican Fusion at it’s finest.
At the moment, their menu may have limited items but it is sure to be a gastronomical experience chilling and dining at Señor Kimchi. Very soon they will be adding more items on their already mouth-watering dishes.
If by any chance, you are someone, with a sensitive tummy and low tolerance for spicy foods, you may request the waiter to go mild on the spices for your Salad Bibimbap, or Mushroom Poppers, or your SuperFries or anything on their menu. Señor Kimchi is more than happy to cater to their customers’ requests. Dacay believes that “it’s better to have a few customers happy than have a 100 but some are unhappy.”
