A MAN was shot dead by a still-unidentified assailant in Barangay Pulangbato, Cebu City.
Elmer Castillon was found with a gunshot wound in the head in a cliff in Sitio Dita yesterday morning.
Police said no one saw the attack.
Police were checking reports that the man was implicated in several theft cases.
