SINGAPORE Airlines and its regional wing SilkAir will hold a travel fair this weekend in celebration of its 50th anniversary.

The fair, scheduled for Feb. 19–21 at the Ayala Center Cebu, will offer all-in economy class tickets for as low as $150 to Singapore and up to $950 for a trip to the US.

All-in business class tickets will cost a minimum of $950.

Kristine Lim, senior sales officer of SilkAir, said travel period is from Feb. 3 to Dec. 31, 2016.

Travelers may purchase their tickets at the travel fair or at the Singapore Airlines and SilkAir ticketing offices and selected travel agencies until February 29.

Mae Ann Barcena, marketing manager of BPI, said BPI cardholders can get these fares at zero-interest installment plan of up to six months.
In addition to the value fares, Singapore Airlines is offering Filipino travelers the opportunity to book a one-night Singapore Stopover Holiday (SSH) package or a one-day Singapore Explorer Pass (SEP) for free.

Lim said this promotion is targeted at giving the airline’s customers a chance to enjoy more at less and is also part of a series of activities that Singapore Airlines has lined up for the year to celebrate Singapore’s 50th birthday.

The SSH package is for Singapore Airlines or SilkAir customers who are stopping over in Singapore before flying to their next destination.

It includes hotel accommodation, airport transfers and entrance to major tourist attractions and activities.

Customers can enjoy unlimited rides on the SIA Hop-on bus — an air-conditioned bus service for visits to more than 20 major attractions in Singapore.
