Naga fire damages house

AN abandoned billiard house was damaged by yesterday’s afternoon fire in Barangay Central Poblacion,  City of Naga, southern Cebu.

Insp. Haide Daskero, chief of City of Naga fire station said they were looking into a report that a kid playing with matches inside the abandoned structure caused the fire.

Daskero said the house was owned by a certain Don Paradela.

Daskero said the fire alarm was received at 2 p.m. The fire was put out 30 minutes later.

Fire investigators pegged the damage at P20,000. No one was reported hurt in yesterday’s fire.
