Capitalizing on the increasing demand among Cebuanos for affordable and convenient homes, Cebu’s trusted homegrown real estate developer Aboitizland, Inc. fortifies its operations in the north of Cebu through a series of events.

Last March 11, Aboitizland inaugurated its sales office inside SM Consolacion to make transactions more convenient and accessible for people residing within location. With the opening of the newest Aboitizland hub, customers now have easy contact to the company’s customer service representatives as well as an easy viewing of Aboitizland’s project portfolio. It is Aboitizland’s second off-base contact next to its SM City Cebu office.

The company also introduced the second enclave of its hugely successful mid-end residential community Amoa on the same day. Closely located at the central amenity area of the project, Amoa’s second enclave Surya allows homeowners a good breathtaking view of the hills and the sea.

Amoa holds the distinction of being the fastest-growing community in the north, with 350 units in its first phase sold out within six months since its launching. Fifty-six units were sold during its grand launching and 30 others were sold over the Christmas season in the previous year. Amoa promises a convenient home life away from the hustle and bustle of a busy metropolis. It boasts of 46% open spaces and customizable homes all at a reasonable price.

Amoa is Aboitizland’s eleventh project in its existing portfolio of residential and mixed-use development projects. As it continues to deliver more projects to its growing base of clients in Visayas and Mindanao, the real estate developer eyes on expanding its breadth in Luzon. “We are aiming to tap into the renting market. We want to pull every single renter in the market to purchase and own a home with us,” said Aboitizland vice president for marketing Joey Zamora. At present, most of Aboitizland’s clients are overseas Filipino workers.

An affiliate of Aboitizland Equity Ventures, Inc., Aboitizland supports over 400 hectares of Cebu which it has developed into nurturing, assuring, and enduring residential, commercial, and industrial communities. The company has grown its partner and client base to over 2200 homeowners, around a hundred merchant-establishments, and more than 50 corporate entities.
