Around 200 police officers deployed in Cebu City’s streets will monitor and secure all venues and establishments holding pay-per-view or free showing of the boxing fight between Filipino champ Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley today.
Chief Insp. David Señor, operations chief of Cebu City Police Office (CCPO), said that though they are expecting a close to, or zero crime incident today as all Cebuanos will be glued to the television, but they are not discounting any trouble to happen due to betting.
