AT least 200 supporters of the Cebu for Roxas and Robredo Silent No More movement held a caravan that kicked off in Cebu City and toured towns in the south and southwest of Cebu province.

Dr. Mila Tolentino, spokesperson of the group, said they want to raise awareness, especially among those living outside Metro Cebu, and drum up support for the Liberal Party (LP) tandem of standard-bearer Mar Roxas and Leni Robredo.

Their caravan started with a prayer at the parking lot of a mall located in North Reclamation Area in Cebu City. A total of 63 vehicles and 20 motorcycle riders joined the caravan.

Participants wore yellow shirts with the images of Roxas and Robredo printed on it. The motorcycles were adorned with two yellow flaglets with “Roxas for President” and “Robredo for Vice President” prints.

From Cebu City, they visited the cities of Talisay, Naga and Carcar and the towns of Minglanilla, San Fernando, Sibonga, Argao, Dalaguete, Alcoy, Boljoon, Oslob and Santander in the south.

They proceeded to Samboan, Ginatilan Malabuyoc, Alegria, Badian, Moalboal, Alcantara, Ronda, Dumanjug, and Barili in the southwest.
