ONE Cebu gubernatorial aspirant Winston Garcia offered a cash reward to those who can give information that can aid in the arrest of people supposedly working for Dumanjug Vice Mayor and mayoral candidate Efren Guntrano “Gungun” Gica.

Garcia said those who gave information leading to the arrest of those not related to Gica will receive P50,000 cash reward while those who can help lead to the arrest of the vice mayor’s relatives will receive half a million pesos.

A cash reward of P200,000 awaits those who can help arrest those armed with guns that are related to Gica while P500,000 will be given to those who can provide information leading to the arrest of persons related to Gica who own long firearms.

The offer came amid the shooting incident in front of Mayor Nelson Garcia’s home. The mayor is Winston’s brother. The Garcias accused Gica of being responsible for the incident.

But Gica insisted that he didn’t employ armed men, saying he only provided cell phones with cameras to his people to follow the mayor’s group who are allegedly engaged in vote-buying.

Gica said he is willing to double the amount offered by Winston if ever he can surrender to the police those persons working for the mayor who were responsible for last night’s shooting incident.
