A body of a man was found yesterday in Sitio Masaba, Barangay Cantabaco, Toledo City.
Jerry Abao, 43, of Barangay Don Andres Soriano, Toledo City, was identified by his 14-year-old son.
SPO2 Thule Tahanlangit, police investigator of Toledo City police station, said that the victim had been dead for more than a week already.
A certain Ayen, the caretaker of the house where the body was found, called police when she saw the body.
Tahanlangit said that they could not determine the wounds of the body and that it has to be autopsied to find out what happened.
Tahanlangit said that they are looking at several angles in the death of Abao, including drug angle.
Police were still investigating Abao’s death.
