Hausbrandt Caffé introduces Italian brew to Cebuanos

Hausbrandt Caffe

HAUSBRANDT Caffé, an Italian coffee brand, makes its entry to the Philippines and has opened its first branch in Cebu last May 8. Brought to the country by Cebu-based company 1892 by Euro Food, Hausbrandt Caffé aims to introduce the traditional Italian coffee brewing procedure to Coffee-loving Cebuanos which is the Brew Your Own Coffee (BYOC) experience.

Hausbrandt BYOC uses premium “Nero” quality Arabica beans brewed in a Bialetti cafetera.  Their experienced baristas will walk you through the brewing process using a “la machinetta” (Italian for Little Machine) and offers key insights into the importance of how to brew coffee the right way. You will learn how opening or closing lids will matter in the coffee’s final taste.

The BYOC experience can be a choice between Café latte, Americano, Moka, and Cappuccino that serves two people for only Php350.00. You’ll enjoy the interactive coffee experience that Hausbrandt brings and discover a subtle coffee aroma distinctive of the brand. The caffe also serves sandwiches, pasta, pastries,  bottled juices, hot chocolate, gelato ice cream, and their own Hausbrandt tea. A conference room is available for meetings that can accommodate eight to ten people at a consumable rate of Php2500.

Hausbrandt Caffé is present in 70 countries all over the world and is a household brand in Europe.

Hausbrandt Caffé’s first branch is located on the 2nd floor of Capitol Square above Family Mart Escario. The caffé starts brewing at 8 am and closes at 12 mn.
