CEBUANA tennis phenom Elizabeth Abarquez completed a two-title romp in the Cebuana Lhuillier Age-Group Tennis Championships over the weekend in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental.
Abarquez, who hails from Carcar, Cebu, completed a monumental comeback against Carlyn Bless Guarde, 0-6, 6-1,10-3, to claim the 16-under girls’ laurel.
She put the finishing touches to her twin-kill campaign by slamming Carmeville Gervacio in the 18-under girls’ final, 6-2, 6-2.
