A suspected drug peddler in Cebu City who was arrested recently was charged in court for violation of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Cebu City Prosecutor Aurora Peñaflor found evidence to charge Archie Roma alias “Atsing” for having in his possession 15 heat-sealed plastic sachets containing a total of 10.39 grams of shabu. Roma was arrested last May 25, together with Bayani Alcomendras and 12 other people, including a public high school teacher, during an entrapment operation in Arriola Subdivision, Barangay Sambag I.
