Cebu City traffic manageable on school day opening

CEBU City’s traffic was manageable in today’s opening of classes, the Cebu City Transportation Office said.
CCTO operations chief Jonathan Tumulak said they have not yet encountered any major traffic problem.
He said there was a high volume of vehicles but traffic flow was moving.
