FAMILY and friends bid farewell to LPO2 Ryan Casiban who was finally laid to rest at the Mactan Memorial Garden in barangay Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City at 11 am Thursday.
They were joined by police personnel and officials of the Cordova police. Casiban’s wife Chona thanked those who expressed their sympathies and asked the police to speed up investigation into her husband’s death.
