About 30 Political Science students from the University of San Carlos (USC) staged a protest Thursday morning at their main campus against the extrajudicial killings in the country.

Grace Magalzo-Bualat, the department chair for Politicial Science at USC said the rising number of extrajudicial killings in the country is alarming.

“We support the war against drugs but we do not support extrajudicial killings. We do not compromise human rights and violate the constitution,” Bualat said.

She also clarified that students voluntarily joined the protest.
