A tanod of Barangay Buhisan, Cebu City surrendered to the Punta Princesa police precinct after he shot down a resident who allegedly harassed a female neighbor at sitio Taytayan Sunday evening.
The 54-year-old tanod identified as Norman Tenencio shot down Benjie Olipe after he tried to grab a service firearm from him.
