A FORUM on the Asean and other countries opened at the UP Cebu’s Performing Arts Hall Wednesday.
Resource persons such as University of Ottawa economics professor Dr. Michel Chossudovsky, Tsinghua University professor Dr. Sun Lizhou and Sister Nirmala Acharya discussed issues on the political, economical and spiritual aspects of Southeast Asia including Chinese-Filipino relations.
The ASEAN and the World Forum is the first for UP Cebu’s Global Studies Series,
which opened Wednesday and ends Thursday. It is hosted by UP’s Political Science Society (UPPSS)
