THREE Filipino MMA fighters, including Cebuano Trestel “Jun Minion” Tan, will be seeing action in the undercard of “One Championship: Unbreakable Warriors” slated tomorrow at the Stadium Negara in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Tan will be facing 21-year-old Malaysian Agilan “Alligator” Thani in a three-round nontitle showdown.
With four wins and five losses, Tan snapped a two-fight losing streak after winning over Mexican Djatmiko Waluyo last February in another One Championship fight card in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Against Thani, Tan will be facing a tall order as he will be facing the Malaysian fighter who has yet to lose in five fights.
On the other hand, Malaysian ace female MMA fighter Ann “Athena” Osman will take on neophyte April Osenio of Team Lakay MMA.
Osenio won over fellow Filipina Natalie Gonzales Hills last April in Manila.
Osman has four wins and two losses.
Rabin Catalan (4–2) of Iloilo City will try to bounce back from his loss against fellow Filipino Joshua Pacio last April against Jiacai Zhang (2–1).
The card’s main event will feature Malaysian Ev Ting against Australia’s Rob Lisita.
