Come October 15, the Bavarian Sound Express Band from Munich will be back to Cebu to do yet another record breaking beer party to celebrate Oktoberfest. Organized by Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, Cebu’s own Oktoberfest is set at the resort’s beachfront, making the event a unique experience.
So what can people expect from Cebu’s own Oktoberfest? Authentic German fare, unlimited Bavarian beer and heaps of fun. There will be traditional Oktoberfest games, singing and dancing to fliegerlied, also known as the “flight song”, beer drinking contests and beer stein hoisting.
“This is the third time we’re hosting Oktoberfest and we are optimistic that we will get as much if not more crowd as the first year we hosted the event” says Didier Belmonte, Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan’s General Manager.
