ALDEN Richards made everyone swoon as he serenaded his fans with songs from his new album “Say It Again” during Convergys’ Youniverse event held at Ayala Center Cebu last October 18.
As brand ambassador of Convergys, the Kapuso actor, singer and host graced “Youniverse: Create, Celebrate in Cebu” together with the band, Up Dharma Down.
Alden’s rise to fame is a story that underscores hard work, determination and perseverance in building one’s story of success.
“I believe po the vision for us in life should really be hardwork, perseverance and determination because it can really go a long way for each one’s story of success,” shared Alden in a brief press briefing held at Cebu City Marriott Hotel.
For Convergys, being one of the country’s leading private employers, no one fits better than Alden in representing the company’s goal to inspire its employees to work hard, to be determined and to persevere for their own goals.
It is also their way of thanking Cebu which plays a critical part in their country’s operation, with its eight sites and 13,000 employees.

During the Youniverse event, Convergys also announced that it’s hiring 2,400 additional employees in Cebu from October until the end of December.
