Ex-PB dad Sitoy passes away

FORMER Provincial Board member Arleigh Sitoy passed away at 1:44 pm Monday.

He was in a coma after being confined at St. Lukes Medical Center in Makati City Sunday.

Sitoy served two terms at the Provincial Board.
