Patt’s Badminton Club hosts big tilt Jan 21-22
BADMINTON players from all over the country are expected to converge in Cebu for the “That’s My Game!” Badminton Tournament on Jan. 21 to 22 at the Patt’s Badminton Court in Mandaue City.
Aside from the local Cebuano players, tournament organizer Kevin Bergantin said that the tournament has also attracted smashers from Manila, Puerto Princessa, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, and Davao.
The tournament which is presented by the Patt’s Badminton Club will feature four levels in the men’s, women’s, and mixed doubles competition.
Also highlighted in the competition is the super mixed category, whose winners will take home the biggest prizes.
The winning pairs in the super mixed category will pocket P7,000 while their runners-up will bag P3,500.
The tournament will also feature a kid’s doubles category for boys and girls 14-years-old and younger.
Registration fee for the first entry is P700 and P600 for the second entry. The kids’ fee is pegged at P450.
Deadline for registration is on Jan. 17.
