A government official was invited to a project inauguration, but the official was not planning on staying long since he had another event to attend.

Shortly before the guest arrived, the male host spoke before the audience and talked for a very long time only to announce that the guest was on his way and would actually stay for about five minutes only.
CANCELED TRIP

A passenger booked a transport network vehicle services (TNVS) unit.

The TNVS driver accepted her request but later on canceled apparently because the driver feared that the passenger might be a member of a regulatory agency. Was this TNVS vehicle undocumented?
EDITORS FIRST

A government appointee issued a statement announcing his stand regarding one of the controversial issues affecting Cebu.

After he released his statement, he asked some of the local reporters if he could read the draft of their news articles.

The reporters politely declined, informing him that the first persons to read their articles would be their editors.
