FATAL ROBBERY
A LOT of people voiced their outrage over the holdup and murder of a female accountant by two unidentified assailants shortly after she withdrew money from a bank located inside a mall at the South Road Properties (SRP).
Machiavelli Tandahan wrote that the incident is the reason why President Duterte declared martial law. “The president is right! This is the reason why he (President Duterte) declared martial and this is why the entire Philippines should be under martial law,” he said.
Jon Chardy wrote that they should be “hunted down” so that they will be apprehended and face the charges. However, a netizen suspected that the incident might be an inside job.
Wrich Zhard wrote that security cameras are useless because of that. “Gi unsa gud pagkahibalo nila na mag-withdraw siya ug kwarta (How did they know when she would withdraw the money),” Zhard said.
The female accountant withdrew payroll money at a bank located in the mall inside the SRP at 2 p.m. and boarded a company vehicle from the mall when she was shot. The accountant was already dead when she was brought to the nearest hospital.
