Lapu habal drivers told to ensure safety of passengers

THE Lapu-Lapu City police’s intelligence branch met with habal-habal (motorcycle-for-hire) drivers to orient them on driver and passenger safety measures.
Chief Insp. Mark Gifter Sucalit said the habal-habal drivers, who numbered 40 during the meeting, should be vigilant in ensuring the safety of their passengers and in keeping an eye out for terrorists.
