Youth caught with shabu

A 17-year old boy was arrested by Mambaling policemen on patrol Tuesday night.

The teenager, a resident of Sitio Manga, was caught with two transparent sachets of shabu. Mambaling police wil turn over the suspect to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
