THE remains of a resident of San Francisco town, Cebu was found floating on the mangrove area of Baywalk, Barangay. Northern Poblacion in San Francisco town Monday morning.
The remains were later identified as Jesus Nudalo, a resident of the area. PO3 Ronald Jovan of the San Francisco municipal police said a certain Peter Mahinay reported the discovery of the remains to their office.
Nudalo’s family said he suffered from a heart ailment and was collecting shellfish near the mangrove area at the time. “He may have suffered from cardiac arrest at the time,” Jovan said.
